SBA Disaster Loans Available for Businesses Affected by Recent Floods
If your small business, agricultural cooperative, or private nonprofit organization has suffered substantial economic injury due to a declared disaster, you may be eligible for an SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan. These loans can provide critical financial assistance to help you recover and remain operational.
If you or your business were impacted by recent floods, the U.S. Small Business Administration offers disaster loans that may be able to support your recovery.

Deadline Extended - Pre-Construction Grant for Small Businesses
The 2025 Construction Mitigation (Pre-Construction) Grant application deadline has been extended to Friday, July 11, 2025, 4:59 p.m., CDT. This grant will provide financial support to eligible small businesses located on Marbach experiencing City-initiated construction projects. Applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis until all funds exhausted. Learn more details and apply.

Effective, July 1, 2025, changes were implemented to the City’s Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) program. These changes affect eligibility requirements and tools available. Public Works Dashboard
The dashboard offers an easy way to quickly find a wealth of information about hundreds of City projects. You can search maps to find bond, street, alley, sidewalk, and drainage projects. Click on the project for quick access to its construction timeline, phase and cost, among other info. The dashboards also feature links to info-packed project pages for every 2022 bond project.
