The City of San Antonio is seeking feedback from the residents of San Antonio regarding dockless vehicles (e-scooters and e-bicycles) and the dockless vehicle pilot program.

In October 2018, the San Antonio City Council approved a six-month dockless vehicle pilot program. These rules clarified how vehicles are to be used and deployed, and they also enabled the City to obtain and study data related to ridership and the value of this new transportation mode.

In April 2019, the City will revisit the pilot program and make changes as necessary. This survey will inform potential changes to the rules governing both riders and dockless vehicle companies. For more information about dockless vehicles, click here. We appreciate your feedback.
