Abe Lincoln Road Shared Use Path (Horn Boulevard to Eckhert Road)

This project will construct a Shared Use Path (SUP) using available Right-of-Way along the east side of Abe Lincoln Rd. from Horn Blvd. to Eckhert Rd. The SUP will consist of a 8’-12’ wide concrete path and associated amenities. New concrete sidewalks and curbs, new delivery approaches and utility adjustments are also included.

E-Z Bel Construction will start work on Abe Lincoln Rd. from Horn Blvd. to Eckhert Rd. as early as February 9, 2026, thru Summer, 2026 for pedestrian improvements
Contractor will begin work on the Shared Use Path on the eastside of Abe Lincoln Rd. from Eckhert Rd. to Oxford Trace St. & Hollyhock Rd. intersection as early as Monday, February 9, 2026 thru April 2026. Varying northbound lane closures will occur along Abe Lincoln with two-way traffic provided at all times. Businesses and residents are provided access at all times. Eastside sidewalk will be closed, and Westside sidewalk will be open
