2027-2031年综合计划及2027财年行动计划和预算
未来五年，圣安东尼奥市预计将从美国住房和城市发展部 (HUD) 获得约 1 亿美元的联邦拨款。这笔资金将有助于提高居民生活质量，增强社区凝聚力。
该市从美国住房和城市发展部获得四项主要拨款：
社区发展专项拨款（CDBG）
HOME投资伙伴计划（HOME）
紧急解决方案补助金 (ESG)
为艾滋病患者提供住房机会 (HOPWA)
在使用这些资金之前，美国住房和城市发展部要求市政府制定计划，说明这笔钱将如何使用。
五年综合规划（2027-2031 年）设定了主要目标和优先事项。
年度行动计划和预算显示了从 2027 财年开始，每年资金的使用情况。这些年度计划以五年计划中的目标为基础。
公众参与
2026 年 4 月 16 日，市政府在《圣安东尼奥快报》上发布公告，宣布启动 2027-2031 财年综合计划和 2027 年（HUD 2026 计划年度）行动计划和预算的制定工作。
需求评估调查将于2026年4月16日开始。社区成员还可以通过公开会议提供意见。
