What you need to know:
- EZ-Bel Construction will start work on Covel Road (Ray Ellison to Patrol Road) as early as February 23, 2026, through Spring 2027.
- The project will reconstruct the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete roadway.
- The project will replace and upsize 4 culvert pipes to improve drainage efficiency.
