The Bond Project will construct pedestrian improvements to include sidewalks, curbs, driveway approaches, and other improvements as applicable and within available funding. This is a multi-phased project.

What you need to know:

E-Z Bel Construction is currently working on the traffic & pedestrian signals and final signing and striping at the intersections of S. Presa Street and E. Southcross Boulevard, as well as S. Presa Street and Hot Wells Boulevard/Riverside Drive. This work is expected to continue through August 2026.

Traffic Impact

Please expect periodic lane closures at the intersections
All closures will be clearly marked with barrels and signage.
Two-way traffic will be maintained at all times.
