Huebner Creek Medical Center - Greenway Trail & Park
Huebner Creek Trail is a high profile 1-mile concrete trail (6–10 feet wide) designed to improve connectivity to Medical Center Park, including a pedestrian crossing at Babcock Road, ADA-compliant pathways, bridges, scenic overlooks, and three low-water crossings, supported by grading and drainage improvements for long-term usability.

Project Limits:
A trailhead at Babcock Road will provide 39 parking spaces, a concrete drive aisle, accessible parking, and amenities such as shade, lighting, water fountain, portable restroom, wayfinding signage, a bioswale, and durable site furnishings.
The project enhances recreational and transportation access, improving community connectivity to green space and outdoor activities.
Medical Center Park, a 17+ acre park, will feature native landscaping, efficient irrigation, a multi-use trail, a modern inclusive playground with an embankment slide, and a scenic overlook for rest and reflection.
