Digital Divide Survey & Assessment 2020
The Office of Innovation, through the Smart Cities team, is working on an assessment in collaboration with UTSA, Bexar County, SmartSA partners, and key digital inclusion subject matter experts. The goals of the assessment is to have the following components:
- City and County-wide survey to determine the details around the communities access to Internet, access to digital devices, and digital literacy skills
- Digital Divide Report Cards for each of the 10 Council Districts
- Collaborative list of potential strategies and best practices
