From February 15, 2021 to April 12, 2021, the Department of Arts & Culture opened a SA SpeakUp survey to identify the theme and style of the proposed public art mural which will be located on the façade of the Farmers Market portion of Historic Market Square. Additionally, we held an online virtual community engagement meeting on April 6, 2021. The target respondents were zip codes located within Council District 1 and the broader San Antonio community.
