What you need to know:
Infrastructure work is underway at the intersections of S. Presa Street and E. Southcross Boulevard, as well as S. Presa Street and Hot Wells Boulevard/Riverside Drive
- Work began Monday, April 27, 2026. This initial phase will run through June, with the full project expected to wrap up by late summer 2026.
- E-Z Bel Construction is currently completing underground utility work. Once finished, they will move on to installing new overhead traffic signals.
Traffic Impact
- Please expect periodic lane closures at both intersections. These shifts will follow the work zone and typically last about one week per location.
- All closures will be clearly marked with barrels and signage. For the safety of our crews and your fellow drivers, please slow down and stay alert when driving through these active zones.
- Two-way traffic will be maintained at all times.
