Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 25 - Hunter's Pond

The mission of the Hunter’s Pond Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Board is to promote development or redevelopment of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) where development or redevelopment would not occur solely through private investment in the reasonably foreseeable future. The board is composed of nine members. Representatives include members at large in society and representatives at the local, state, and federal levels.
