Cette série est une initiative visant à soutenir les propriétaires de petites entreprises afro-américaines et les aspirants entrepreneurs afro-américains en leur offrant des opportunités d'information visant à accroître la participation des entreprises commerciales afro-américaines (AABE). Cette série d'événements en quatre parties propose également des conseils et des informations sur l'utilisation des contrats. Ces ateliers comprennent une collaboration éducative ciblée sur la communauté afro-américaine et sont présentés par un partenariat entre la ville de San Antonio, le système d'eau de San Antonio, University Health et CPS Energy.
