On August 13 – October 31, 2021, the Department of Arts & Culture had a SA SpeakUp survey open to identify a theme for public art to go in the renovated City Tower, formerly Frost Tower, as an opportunity for two-dimensional public art. This renovated city building will house several city departments, providing office space and amenities. The main entrance and concourse-level lobby are a couple of the locations most visible and accessible to our greater community. The target respondents were City of San Antonio employees and the broader San Antonio community.
