The Department of Art & Culture has identified the new River Walk Public Art Garden as an opportunity for public art in your neighborhood. This project allows the “planting” of new flower sculptures inspired by the Bloom series by San Antonio artist Leticia Huerta, originally in McAllister Park. We are at the beginning stages of this project and need your input on what you would like to see.
