د ارزانه کور جوړونې او ساتنې فرعي کمیټې (RBSC) په وړاندې د خنډونو لرې کول
د ارزانه کور جوړونې فرعي کمیټې (RBSC) په وړاندې د خنډونو لرې کول د متحد پراختیا کوډ او د ښار نورو پروسو کې د ښه والي وړاندیز کولو تور لګول شوی ترڅو په سان انتونیو کې د ارزانه کورونو پراختیا اسانه کړي. اهداف په لنډه موده کې د 2022 UDC ترمیم دورې لپاره وړاندیز شوي UDC تعدیلات وړاندې کول دي. د منځنۍ مودې اهداف د UDC تعدیل پروسې څارنه او د ښار نورو پروسو ته د پروسې بدلونونه پیژندل او وړاندیز کول دي. په اوږد مهال کې، فرعي کمیټه به د ښار نورو پروسو ته د تازه معلوماتو لپاره سپارښتنې وړاندې کړي.
دا کار په 2019 کې پیل شو ترڅو د لګښتونو بار کمولو، د ADU پراختیا په وړاندې د خنډونو لرې کولو، او د ارزانه کورونو اړوند نورو پالیسیو باندې تمرکز وکړي. کار په 2020 کې د وبا له امله ودرول شو مګر په 2021 کې بیا پیل کیږي.
فرعي کمیټه به د 2021 کال د نومبر څخه تر جنوري 2022 پورې په UDC کې د تعدیلاتو وړاندیز کولو باندې تمرکز وکړي ترڅو د ارزانه کورونو په وړاندې تنظیمي خنډونه لرې کړي. NHSD دا تخنیکي کاري ډله جوړه کړه چې د ارزانه کورونو تولید او ساتنې په وړاندې خنډونه لرې کړي لکه څنګه چې د ښاروال د کور جوړولو پالیسۍ چوکاټ لخوا وړاندیز شوی. دا ډله د اکتوبر په 2021 کې د کور جوړولو کمیسیون فرعي کمیټه شوه.
د ارزانه هستوګنې لپاره د تنظیمي خنډونو لرې کولو لپاره د UCD بیاکتنې لپاره ستراتیژۍ. لاندې د ممکنه ستراتیژیو یو روان لیست دی چې د ارزانه کورونو په وړاندې د تنظیمي خنډونو لرې کولو لپاره د یوې وسیلې په توګه بحث کیدی شي. د غوره شوي ستراتیژیو په پام کې نیولو پرته، په پروسه کې به د ګاونډیو ښکیلتیا، پوهه، او تعلیم شامل وي. • د استوګنې لوازمو واحدونه • پارکونه او د خلاصې فضا اړتیاوې • پارکینګ • اسانتیاوې • د طوفان اوبو مدیریت • لږترلږه لوټ اندازه • د سړک جوړولو معیارونه • د ودانیو خنډونه • د ونو ساتنه
