2021 圣安东尼奥物业维修守则
DSD 已准备好在 4 月开始审查 2021 年圣安东尼奥物业维护守则 (SAPMC)。 SAPMC 每三年更新一次，基于国际规范委员会 (ICC) 的国际财产维护规范。
本守则旨在确保居民和社区的公共健康、安全和福利。 SAPMC 适用于所有现有的住宅和商业建筑和构筑物，确立了以下方面的最低标准：
- 房屋和结构
- 设备和设施，包括照明、通风、空间、供暖、卫生、自然保护、生命安全、火灾和其他危险的安全，以及用于安全和卫生维护的设备和设施
- 业主责任
- 占用现有结构和房地
- 管理、执行和处罚
根据城市法规第 6-51 节，城市建筑标准委员会 (BSB) 成立了 SAPMC 委员会。该委员会将开会审查当前的 SAPMC 并提出修正案。委员会完成审查后，将向整个 BSB 提出建议，以供审查和考虑。该项目暂定于 2022 年 10 月提交市议会。
