کمیته فرعی راه حل های اجاره نشینان کمیسیون مسکن
در 26 ژانویه 2022، کمیسیون مسکن کمیته فرعی راه حل های اجاره نشینان (RSS) را تشکیل داد. کمیته فرعی متشکل از 9 عضو است: دو کمیسیون مسکن، چهار مستأجر و سه مالک یا مدیر املاک. کمیسیون مسکن به کمیسیونرهای جانسون و داویلا رای داد تا به عنوان نمایندگان کمیسر در RSS خدمت کنند. فهرست کامل منصوبان پیشنهادی در 25 می 2022 به سمت آنها رأی داده شد.
مسئولیت این کمیته فرعی به شرح زیر است: مشاوره به کمیسیون مسکن در مورد مسائل مربوط به مستاجر از جمله، اما نه محدود به: کمک به اجاره اضطراری. حقوق مستاجرین و کمک حقوقی. آموزش، توسعه، و آموزش؛ و موارد تقنینی
اهداف این کمیته فرعی به شرح زیر است: (1) توصیه هایی به کمیسیون مسکن در مورد مسائل مربوط به اجاره نشینان، (2) اطمینان حاصل شود که اجاره کنندگان در مورد مسائل مربوط به اجاره نشینان که بخشی از گفتگوهای کمیسیون هستند، (3) توسعه روابط را تشویق می کنند. و تفاهم بین مدیران املاک و مستأجران.
