The FY 2020 Proposed Budget is balanced and addresses City Council and Community priorities. The total FY2020 Proposed Budget is $2.9 billion, which is comprised of the General Fund at $1.27 billion, $937 million for restricted funds and $715 million for the Capital Improvement Program. The General Fund focuses on the top priorities identified by Council and the community, which include strong children & families, police, housing affordability, streets & sidewalks and property tax relief.
