Public Works needs your Input!
The City of San Antonio through Public Works, Parks and Recreation and the Council District Office 8, would like you to participate in a community involvement meeting to assist in determining a potential scope of work for Friedrich Park.

Construction Notice:
Public Works, Parks & Recreation, and City Council District 8 are excited to announce the ongoing construction on the improvements to Friedrich Park, made possible by the 2022-2027 Bond Program. This is the 2nd and final phase of construction.
Project Timeline: Winter 2025 - Winter 2026
Estimated Timeline Construction Seasons are identified as: Winter (January, February, March), Spring (April, May, June), Summer (July, August, September), and Fall (October, November, December.)
Phase 2 of the project will include a new overflow parking area.
Closures:
The project area will be closed through construction.
