教育機会委員会

教育機会委員会は、より良い教育成果を達成するために市が検討すべき施策を勧告するものとする。特に、市内で教育達成度が持続的に低い地域（例：就学前教育の就学率、高校卒業率の低下）に重点を置くものとする。施策には、間接的な要因（例：より手頃な住宅、より手頃な医療へのアクセス向上）も考慮するものとする。
