2017 - 2022 Bond: Prue Road (Babcock Road to Laureate Drive) (D/B)
The Bond Project will reconstruct Prue Road from Babcock Road to Laureate Drive. The project construction will include curbs, 10-foot shared use path for bicycles and pedestrians on the north side and a 6-foot sidewalk on the south side, new driveway approaches, signal improvements, and underground drainage.

PROJECT UPDATE:
We are nearing substantial completion on Prue Road. The contractor is working to finalize the remaining items and correct a few outstanding issues.
Contractor continues cleaning storm drain and working on punch list at Outfall C and Prue Road storm drain. Contractor working on remaining concrete driveways and sidewalks. Work continues with permanent traffic signal poles and awaiting final inspection from COSA Traffic Department. Contractor to continue grading and backfilling topsoil and installing sod on both sides of Prue Road.
CURRENT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:
- Contractor to pour remaining driveways, and sidewalks
- Contractor working on grading behind sidewalk to add topsoil for final sodding.
- Permanent signs have been installed and awaiting inspection
