リバーウォーク戦略計画
当初は線状の公園として開発されましたが、 リバーウォークは1940年代に革新的な治水・美化プロジェクトとして整備されました。 過去80 年間、リバーウォークはサンアントニオ・ダウンタウンの開発において中心的な役割を果たしてきました。サンアントニオ市は、ビジネスの成長を支援し、活性化を促進し、リバーウォークを住民と観光客の両方にとって世界クラスの目的地として強化するための取り組みに尽力しています。
歴史保存局の主導の下、 リバーウォークに関する将来の意思決定と投資の枠組みとなる新たなリバーウォーク戦略計画が策定されています。この計画では、アンケート（下記リンク）や今後の公開討論会など、皆様から改善点についてご意見を伺う機会を数多く設けています。
Public Meeting for the River Walk Strategic Plan
Join us for the first public meeting of the River Walk Strategic Plan, an important community effort to shape the future of one of the nation’s most iconic public spaces. This event will introduce the planning process, share what we hope to learn from residents and stakeholders, and provide opportunities for you to share your ideas, concerns, and vision for the River Walk’s next chapter.
During the meeting, attendees will:
Learn about the goals and timeline of the Strategic Plan.
Hear from project leaders and subject-matter experts.
Participate in interactive activities designed to gather community input.
Connect with staff and partners who are helping guide the process.
No matter your connection to the River Walk, your voice matters!
Registration is not required, but please let us know you’re coming! Parking at the Central Library is free with a validation ticket.
